Children and Families

We believe that everyone of any age can be a disciple of Jesus.  There are three ways in which we support & encourage the discipleship of children – families, Kairos Communities & Gatherings.

At our 10:30am Central Gatherings children are encouraged to worship, pray and learn.  At these times there is a mix of worship together as a whole church family, and also time for children to engage in fun discipleship activities with each other.  We have a team of passionate volunteer Kairos Kids leaders to facilitate these times.

All-Age Gatherings happen on the 2nd Sunday of the month at Westcliffe Hall and The Fairfax Community and Wellbeing Hub.

During the year we also host other events which give families and their friends a chance to get together to explore faith and celebrate, for example around Christmas and Easter. These are times to escape the seasonal chaos and for all to spend time with God.

Children are an integral part of our Kairos Communities. Some of our communities aim to be multi-generational and so think carefully about activities that work well for children.

We also run Westcliffe Baby & Toddler Group in Westcliffe Hall on a Tuesday morning and have connections with local schools.

We are committed to the children and their families; we are excited about how God wants to grow them, and we love it when they hear from God and teach us!
