Kairos Network Church Fairfax Community Survey

We love being a part of this local community and during the past year we have been reviewing the role our Church plays in Fairfax. Therefore, we have produced this short community survey, in order to get a better idea of the opportunities and needs in this area, and we’d love to know what you think.
The survey can be filled in here or via a paper copy and posted through the Fairfax Community Centre’s letterbox (Marked Kairos Network Church).
You could also return your survey on Sunday 15 August between 2.30pm and 4.00pm, when we’ll be outside the Community Centre with Resurrection Bikes who have some childrens’ bikes to give away. It would be great to see you.
(Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult to claim a bike.)
As a thank you for sharing your thoughts with us 4 of the completed surveys will each receive a voucher for £15 from Drake’s Fish & Chips.
